an official complaint
we would like to have an official complaint with your service due to my team did not satisfy with our service.
Let me summarize as below following
1. Anonymous underwear in wardrobe in Santiparb's room , even he told your staff but next day it's still in the room
2. WIFI could not use for 2 days
3.no slipper in room
4.the maid took toothpaste from the bathroom and no refill
Since we had been stayed with you for 2nd time already this time really not reach the level of satified , please improve your cleaniness , facilty and customer service.
While I appreciate the convenience and location of your hotel, I must express my disappointment with the overall quality of service during my stay. Despite the charges incurred, I found that the service response was lacking and did not meet my expectations.
Some specific areas that I believe need improvement include:
Customer Service: I encountered delays and challenges when trying to reach out for assistance. Timely and efficient customer service is crucial, especially for guests who rely on your staff for various needs.
Room Maintenance: The condition of the room I stayed in was not up to the standard I anticipated. [Provide specific details if applicable, such as cleanliness issues or maintenance concerns.]

I liked their in-room dining service the best .Whatever I asked, The chef ensured that I got everything at one go --from salad to salt-pepper to pickle or required sauces. I did not have to call back gain for anything.
The food was as per my specification.
The property is new and has been very tastefully done up .

YOU HOTELS NEEDS TO IMPROVE ON THE FOOD QUALITY AND THE WATER IN BATHROOM WHICH SMELLS. UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE EX PACK PEOPLE VISITING. BUT THE RATE OF THE BUFFET DINNER IS TOO HIGH COMPARE TO THE QUALITY.
