Great customer service.. however facility needs updating
My bathroom toilet was working when I arrived. I let staff know and then I was told that they would fix it shortly. I left and returned to the hotel after midnight to find out that nobody came to fix the toilet. Shortly after my return, I went downstairs to use the restroom and the clerk was in the restroom. I asked her if she worked her and she said yes. I then told her that the toilet was still not working. She told me that they do not have night maintenance and my only option was to move to another room that did not have 2 queen beds but one king bed. In the meantime, my daughter called to say that the toilet finally flushed. I told the clerk that I would stay in the room because it was then 1am and we were not going to pack up our room and move. We had problems with toilet all night. It would flush sometimes and most times it wouldn’t. How could maintenance go home without fixing my toilet and no one cared. I will not be returning to this property again.
This hotel needs a lot of upgrades but I see where y’all are renovating and why can’t this be done during the off season? No pool available, television needs to be upgraded to a smart tv, and the hallways need better air, it was extremely hot in the hallway.

Had to wait for cleaning of rooms, toilet would not flush correctly, there was no remote for the TV, parking is limited. Pool was closed. The staff tried to accommodate, but overall experience was not great…
This is the worse Fairfield I have ever stayed at out of over 50. I have stayed at Fairfield overseas as well.
1. Checked in at 4p. My room was not made up at all.
2. They moved us to 2nd room, electric lock battery was dead. After a 10 min wait they decided to put us in another room.
3. Breakfast was 40 min late.
4. My daughter bed had a cockroach the first morning.
5. They claim some renovations are ongoing, i did not see any work being done throughout my 4 day stay.
6. Overpriced for what it offers.
I have a couple photos but app is not uploading currently.
This Fairfield clearly has no pride in the brand. One couple sat outside room for an hour after breakfast because their door broke. Bonvoy needs to inspect ASAP.
We checked in. We were not informed that the pool was not in useable condition. Hallways were extremely hot due to AC not working.
In our room we had a fridge that would not stayed chilled and our food went bad

Room was generally fine. Were some electrical problems. Refrigerator wouldn't work until moved and plugged into different outlet. Bathroom circuit tripped when using hair dryer.
