The hotel is within walking distance to most major attractions in the city, near Circular Quay and Darling Habour. The apartment was spacious and clean. The receptionist was really helpful. Check in was quick and easy.

The location was great, just a nice stroll to just about anywhere, and trains and buses were just around the corner. Although the units are order style that means they are much bigger. The daily servicing is great and the heated pool and huge spa were a bonus.

Excellent accommodation
Wonderful older style two-bedroom apartment with plenty of room to move around. Great views of the freeway and Harbour Bridge approaches. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with plenty of storage. Added bonus of Birdie restaurant next door which has great food and wonderful staff. My only complaint is that the lounges were too soft and hard to get out of. They need replacing. Walking distance to the Light Rail and Wynyard station.

Great location. 1st room horrid, we asked to move...next room was ok, clean but tired..furniture looks like they bought at deceased estate sale! 6 times we had to get room keys re-coded...staff were not too friendly and un-interested in their job! No way this is 4.5 star hotel...3.5 max..more like 3! We wont be back

We really liked the location for walkability to points of interest. Great food nearby. Supermarket minutes away as is train station with direct access to airport. Small issue,stood in front of reception staff on arrival for 5 minutes and not acknowledged. Other than that we would stay again and recommend.

The hotel was not what we were expecting. We have children and we’re out on the 23rd floor at first then moved to 16th both with balconies which are not appropriate for young children so we had to move hotels. We were not told we would be up this high before hand and the manager was not very helpful.

The property location was centrally located near shops and transportation. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful with all our needs as well as the housekeeping staff. The accommodations were excellent I would definitely suggest this hotel to friends and family who decide to visit Sydney.

Very nice and large apartment. The ONLY disappointments were: I had to request a trash receptacle for the kitchen since the one in the bathroom was only one provided; I had to request a kitchen towel; and the bathroom sink remained plugged for the entire stay despite requesting maintenance.

2 bedroom apartment - slightly tired and grubby.. (clean but stained walls etc) Beds comfortable but a little firm for my liking. No room service and breakfast is located at a different hotel 5 minute walk into the city away which was disappointing. brilliant location - minute walk from the hustle and bustle, amazing views from balcony.

These apartments is value for money. A little outdated, but the beds and linen are comfy and new, balcony for fresh air, modern amenities. The washing machine and dryer were super helpful when traveling multiple cities for work, negating the need to pack heavily. The staff were lovely and helpful. Location was perfect.
