I will never stay at another hotel in this area. The Congress is not only affordable (even the lake view options) but it is beautiful! The high ceilings and natural light in the rooms is unbeatable! My experience is always seamless and the staff are so helpful!

The check in staff did not explain anything to me. I had to call them to ask where we can get breakfast and what the wifi information was. The bathroom smelled humid, there was rust all over the bathroom, the walls were cracked. Breakfast was dry/cold with only little to no variety of food options. The coffee machine was not working. Overall will never stay here again.

The hotel is very historic and beautifully decorated. We had a junior suite that was extremely roomy and very clean. The furniture was nice, but didn’t seem to match the historic charm of the hotel being that the decor in the room was ultra modern. The bathroom was huge, but the tub wasn’t updated and was very small. Overall, it was a nice experience and I’d definitely recommend staying.
