It was great staying there. The room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. From the time I checked in to now I'm getting ready to leave in the morning, my stay has been comfortable and a treat.

The staff of the hotel were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, well organized and clean. I was not happy with the price of breakfast. Also the restaurant dinner options were limited and the two dinners we purchased were not very good. The waitress at dinner time was not friendly and seemed distracted as though she didn't want to be there. The breakfast staff were really good.

Outdated, not worth the price. But clean and quiet
My biggest concern: I went to plug my phone charger into an outlet behind a chair in our room and the plug-in shorted out and sent sparks flying and started to smell like burnt plastic. So, I don’t recommend using the plug ins. I’ve also never stayed at a “nicer” hotel that didn’t include breakfast. Expect to pay an extra $15-20 per person for a mediocre breakfast. They didn’t even have make your own waffles and a lot of the breakfast items were understocked. Also, I could not find coffee out anywhere. Which is my go to in the mornings so that was very disappointing. I would have been happier with a run to McDonald’s which I should have done instead, honestly. On a more positive note, it was clean, quiet, and the staff was kind. However I do not think it was worth the price we paid. I did not end up using the other amenities like the gym or pool. So I cannot speak on those. I’d rather give it 2.5 stars versus 3.

Dirty room. Bathroom fixtures leaked. Breakfast was not clearly labeled as non complimentary. Was charged $20 for one scoop of eggs and a half a cup of orange juice. Fitness center as freezing cold, equipment was broken, and my final night the fitness room was closed for the evening. Will not stay again.

We stayed one night and enjoyed ourselves. The room was nice, good quality towels and products, and it was clean. The hallways on our floor were clean but the carpet smelled so musty. Every time I got off the elevator or walked out of the room it hit me hard.
