Property is located in a great location! However if you book a full bed rooms are very uncomfortable, pack only one suitcase you won’t fit! Shower curtain short therefore water spills all over bathroom.

First of all, do not believe the star rating and photos. I’ve been to many hotels and this is definitely the worst and most costly experience. The first room they assigned to me was tiny, with a slit window with a building vent and very noisy renovation sound outside. Then I changed to the second room which was also tiny and the chair won’t even fit between the desk and bed. I even had no place to open and place my suitcase. So I ended up paying 50$ per night for an upgrade to a mildly bigger room at the reception, even though I believe the online cost difference was only 10$, but because my order was prepaid so I couldn’t cancel. The room’s sound proof was a joke. There’s also a 22$ “urban fee” per night which they tell you after you book. Housekeeping never came for the first two days even though I hang the sign on the door in the morning when I went for workout. The third day I asked for housekeeping around 2pm and was told it’s only available before noon. I asked for just taking out the trash in the room at the reception and they even wrote down the room number but no one ever came. On my day of checkout housekeeping started knocking on my door at 9am to rush me out of there. I ended spending more than 250$ more than expected on a horrible three night stay. Absolutely the worst hotel experience.

The lady at the front when we first checked in wasn’t very friendly she had brown/black hair and was heftier. She definitely didn’t care that we had a room with 4 girls shoved in a corner portion with a horrible view. The next day we ran into a wonderful staff member who knew at least 4 different languages and moved our room after hearing our frustration. We originally didn’t have a fridge or microwave in our room and he brought us one vs the girl telling us we could use the one downstairs in the lobby…! I think if we are paying $800 for 2 nights we should be getting a refrigerator and a microwave and something a lot bigger with 4 women and a dog. We saw a beautiful picture online and it definitely didn’t match up!
