Great experience
My first time in a capsule hotel and it was great - front desk are nice and knowledgeable. The washrooms were clean. I’m 5’4 and I found the beds comfy but if you’re taller and need more space when sleeping, then this might not be for you as the pods/ beds are a little small.

Pods were abit hot and could hear everything. Light sleepers beware. Other than that facilities were clean and top notch. Also they have beer hr from 5.30pm to 6.30pm daily free beer.
