Look no further, this hotel ROCKS!
This hotel was absolutely perfect! It was super convenient and super clean, quiet and had all the amenities I could have possibly asked for! Very spacious rooms and the bathroom had a shower with excellent water pressure and very hot water. The hot tub was wonderful and I cannot say enough about the gym-I work out every day and this was comparable to my home gym with state of the art equipment and both free weight and cardio options. The people who worked at the desk were enthusiastic and helpful as well as super kind and fun to talk with. I will definately be staying again!

Valet parking was great convenience and staff were accommodating to being able to leave bags as we arrived earlier than expected before we could check in. Check in was simple and staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and enjoyed the bar area. Loved that access to rooms was key on elevator. Pool and hot tub! Close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt centric. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Lot going on inside of the hotel, but was very quiet. Overall loved our stay.

This hotel is conveniently located one block of the Mag mile. Really close to shopping and dinning options. The pier is an easy walk as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy as was valet parking. Is definitely an option to stay again the next time we go to Chicago.

The room (1733) was too hot, would not cool down below 74deg. and the in-room safe was broken. The pool temperature was too cold, we picked this hotel so our grandson could swim. Way too cold for a fun swim. Almost like it was meant for a cool down after a heavy work out in the exercise room overlooking the pool. Location was great!

The central location of the Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile Chicago was perfect for being close to my professional conference. It was also very close to multiple attractions. The service was top notch from check in, housekeeping, the bar and restaurant. I ate my dinner in the Hotel Both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Both were excellent in freshness and flavor as well as portion size. The Happy Hour at the bar was a Plus! I will certainly stay at the Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile Chicago in the future!

It is a convenient spot before a hospital stay that is close to much more fun activity as well. It is clean. There are fantastic staff members. Plus the food is delicious.

Affordable luxury with great views
My wife and I have stayed here twice in the last month. Got a corner room both times. Highly recommend. The panoramic views of the city are very cool. Bathrooms are big with either an extra sink or a walk-in shower plus the tub. Beds are comfortable. Comes with a 50+" TV. Valet and close self parking available. May be our new favorite downtown hotel.
