Front desk staff, bar staff, and kitchen staff had a face like they did not want to be there. Rooms do not have a microwave but they have 1 in the main lobby by the bar. We were told we cannot heat up our outside purchased food there because we can only use it to heat up the food purchased in their restaurant. Breakfast was limited to eggs and sausage, apples, oranges, bagels and waffle mix was super watered down. It is not worth the price.

For a hotel on a busy road near an airport, we would expect better sound proofing. There was none. In the room, the AC or other HVAC equipment rattled and crackled all night and unfortunately despite my emails for a specific room, we were right next to the elevator. The loud ding of its arrival every 5 minutes all night due to people coming & going to a nearby concert was the icing on the symphonic nightmare of hotel noises. Didn’t sleep. Couldn't sleep.

We requested runway views and the room we got was amazing for this. The main reason for the lower score is that the shower was luke warm at best, and we tried both morning and night.
