Depending on who you spoke with, staff was either kind or unfriendly, no consistency. The turn down service was non existent, the free breakfast is literally old fruit and pre packages jimmy dean sandwiches, still in the wrapper and on top of that, the hallways we not clean. In addition, the unit we stayed in was super noisy. Can't say I would stay here again.

All was good though thé air conditioning is nous and in the immediate surroundings of the hotel it smells very badly due to a spot with homeless and people in drug. The personnel is not very kind. Nonetheless the position is crucial. Costs are added here and there ‘for amenities’ and caution

Very nice experience
This was, bar none, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed was so very comfortable, and the room was beautiful and spaciou. When checking in, the gentleman at the front desk helped me get my things up to my room, showing me along the way how to operate the elevator, which after a long day of driving topped off by the chaos that is city street driving would have found me floundering around otherwise. This was my first time staying in a city and using valet service. This service made parking super easy. At all times the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great Place to Stay in Chicago!
Very nice place to stay in the River North area of Chicago! There is convenient public parking close by. The hotel is convenient to many excellent dining options!
