Staying at Loews Chicago Hotel was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by an upscale yet comfortable ambiance that made me feel instantly at ease. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities struck a perfect balance between modern luxury and Chicago’s urban charm. One of the standout features was the breathtaking view of the city skyline and Lake Michigan. Being able to see such an iconic Chicago landscape from my room was truly special. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views, creating a sense of immersion that added so much to the experience. The service was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. The restaurant at Loews, ETA, served excellent cuisine with locally inspired dishes, which gave me a true taste of Chicago. Additionally, the rooftop lounge provided a fantastic spot to relax with a drink while taking in the city lights—a unique and unforgettable way to unwind. The amenities were also top-notch. The hotel’s fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts. I especially appreciated the spacious, modern design and high-quality equipment. Overall, Loews Chicago Hotel felt like a blend of luxury and comfort with personalized touches that made it memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago who wants a unique and upscale experience in the heart of the city.

Upscale downtown hotel with a friendly staff and lots of amenities. Beautiful pool area and great on site dining and drinking options. Walking distance to Michigan ave and grant park. This is a great pick.

Loews of Chicago is a great place to stay - love the big open air lobby with a bar attached. Love the coffee offerings early morning and a restaurant attached for breakfast, lunch and dinner as needed but the bar also serves food. The rooms are open and airy - great place for business as easy to get work done but also a sleek modern look for those leisure travelers who prefer.

Veru upsetting experience when we arrived at hotel. It was check-in time but our room was not ready. We were told room was getting serviced and it would be 30-40 minutes but no promises. We waited the 35 minutes and I then questioned status of room. We were told it was still not ready. We said that we had dinner reservations and this was disappointing and upsetting. Then, miraculously, the exact same type of room we reserved was available on anotyher floor. We were given that room. Why were we told to wait 40 minutes when the exact type of room we reserved was available already? Very disappointing that customer service was not prioritized.

It was a very average stay and room. Not like other Loews hotels we have stayed in. Plus they gave us a handicap room when we did not need this feature. Seemed odd.

Property was nice clean and we loved the coffee shop in the lobby. Our room also had an awesome view. Wish there were some late night snack options like vending machines or a small convenience store but other than that no complaints. Would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. It seemed clean throughout and everyone greeted us as we would come in. The room was a little dusty. I would think $300-$400 a night it would be dust free
