The Loews Chicago Hotel was beautiful, clean and located within walking distance of many areas we wanted to visit. The hotel staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. I accidentally left several items in the closet, and they are being returned to me, at no charge. I am very grateful to have found this lovely place!

Are room smelled like a dirty wet dog. We booked this hotel because of the rooftop bar-restaurant, which was never open during our entire stay. This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. Extrance is cold, stainless steel and looks like you’re walking through a walk in freezer. The Bed mattress was so uncomfortable, my back still hurts. Mold in the shower. Again, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

This is our second time staying in a Loews and it is now my go to choice for hotel brands. The Loews Chicago hotel was centrally located in the Magnificent Mile and competitively priced. It was spotless, very quiet, and quite comfortable in terms of the size of the room, layout, and the furniture. The staff were friendly and quite helpful (we dealt with the bar, concierge, bellmen, housekeeping, and front desk). I will choose this hotel on my next trip to Chicago.
