There was no place to park! We got there late at night off a flight and the parking was gone so they were parking people along side the building which is not safe (in case emergency vehicles need access). Also there is no elevator, so we had to carry heavy luggage up the steps! Looked way nicer in the photos!

It was cheaper than the other properties with transportation, however this building is ancient for a quality inn. No elevator. Toilet is literally on the tub with an outdated bathroom. The hotel was quite comical

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival, we discovered that none of the three rooms we booked had hot water( I was traveling with family so 3 separate rooms were booked). When we spoke to a staff member, they acknowledged they were aware of the problem and had been dealing with it for several days. Additionally, the noise levels outside were excessive, with constant arguments and disturbances. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid a similar experience!

First trip to Chicago Banana at the front desk was the greatest. She was amazing. The shuttle staff was on time. Thank you for the amazing people at this hotel. Made it so convenient to check off everything on our bucket list 🙌

I waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle to show up but never did. My plane landed at 9:00pm and as soon it did, I got in touch with the receptionist, first she told me that the driver just theft and it was taking 20 min, I waited 40min outside and never saw he bus, I called again and the driver told her that he was 13 min away this time. It was around 10:30pm and tired of waiting called an uber, that after a 9min ride and 20 dollars ticket, finally got to the hotel to tell me that the kitchen was closing and proceded to give me a manu for a local restaurant. Also the driver was parked outside the hotel phone in hand. I mentioned to the front dest if they can put a report regarding this situation since the principal reason I choose this hotel was because of the included 24h shuttle service and the proximity to the airport.
