Welcome by a lady occupant swearing yelling with his family , police presence , receptionist was unwelcoming, took driving license for a copy of office record ( feeling unsafe) . Electronic door card didn’t work , office boy had to open the door. For this price it was pathetic and waste of money.

Stayed here for a wedding in the Chicago area. First night so much noise from a guest who had children running and stomping the floor above us, I had to call several times to guest services. Second night of staying , the guest room next to us talked loud all night and we ended up leaving at 5:00 in the morning. I live in South Carolina and I would never recommend this hotel again.! Not to mention that the water was extremely slow and remote control to the tv did not work properly! Very disappointed in Quality Inn

This is a nice location with nice employees. I see that they were trying to do upgrades so I will not condemn some of the things I've seen. But I seen worse so this place was okay. What I don't like is that they don't allow us to take breakfast out of the dining room. And they said that we have to keep our lunch voucher on the table while we eat. I guess that's the stop people from the outside coming in to eat.

Nice area, but the hotel can use a little remodeling my room had roaches or some kind of bugs. The hotel can use some new carpet in the room, paint the rooms. The bottom of my brand new slippers was dirty from just walking around in the room. The other hotels was booked for the weekend and this was close to and event that I was attending so I stayed.

This was a last minute booking and we only needed to stay for 1 night. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We got in late showered and went to bed. I woke up to ants crawling all over my bed and dead ants under me from where I had rolled on them in my sleep. I then found ants in the corners crawling on the floor across the room. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he would have to call me, I am still waiting for a call.

The property is so dirty and bad smell, Weed smoking all over the corner of the hotel. People sleeping outside in their car. The water in the bathroom handles is really bad. I will never come to those 3 hotels in one place there , all of them is bad.

The service was great but the room was not so great. Found a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was broke which lead to the floors being flooded.
