My room had 2 queen beds and a small but nice kitchen and large bathroom. This was a very large room. The floors could have been cleaner along the edge of the walls. I wish the breakfast would have been served until 10:30 and there was a restaurant open for lunch. Also, I was very disappointed there was no room service meal options. Front desk was friendly and if I needed something for my room the hotel provided the items quickly. I was confused by the check in being on the 20th floor. I have never seen that set up before.

Rad was closed around entire strip- my partner with a disability had to walk MILES to even access our hotel. Two days the cleaning staff didn’t come into our room when asked. Service was not good. No toilet paper in bathroom . Gym was dirty and they had lack of equipment that was advertised . Lack of amenities

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite for two with a decent sized bathroom. The complementary breakfast had a good variety comparable to most higher priced alternatives.

Birthday Trip in The Windy City
We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Chicago. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Special thank you to Kennedy and Jade for making our birthday trip memorable. The only draw back is that it is not a full service hotel but it’s in a good location for many restaurants, shopping and tourist things to do. Thanks again!

This hotel was fabulous!!!! I can't say enough about it. I have stayed in Chicago many times and this was by far the best hotel yet. I will deinitely return! The room was spotless, quite spacious for the city. Huge bathroom, double vanity, large shower. Loved having a big fridge, freezer, stove & microwave. The location can't be beat, we walked everywhere from The Bean in Mellenial park to the Hancock tower, even to the beach! ALL of the staff was superb in every way. Breakfast was very very good, pancakes, waffles, eggs, quiche, bacon tofu, steamed veggies, cereal, breads, bagels fruits coffee tea and juices! I can't wait to return!

My husband and I stayed for five nights at this property. We liked that our room had a kitchen. It was clean when we arrived. We had chosen this hotel because it had a fitness room but when we arrived we were told it was closed. We were highly disappointed. We liked that the staff who greeted us on the first floor were friendly and helpful. We did not like that the last two days our room was not cleaned. We had to call twice for service which we think should be unnecessary. The last day we never got our room clean. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Loved this hotel - the location was terrific and everyone was super nice and helpful. The room itself was wonderful - very clean, comfortable and spacious. The only minor bummer was the fitness room being closed for the month and not finding that out until we arrived, but overall had a really, really great stay and would definitely stay again.
