We had a great time while we stayed. Our room wasn’t ready on time even though we arrived after check in. They said they would text us when it was ready and that it wouldn’t be long, over an hour went by and we received no message. I walked back to the front desk and the woman told me someone texted me but I never received anything but at that point magically the room was ready. The room was very very nice with really nice views of the pool! Service was okay, the bars inside were packed so it was har to keep up and some staff just stood there or purposely avoided you. Outside at the pool, our server started out great and as the day went on it was harder and harder to find her to place an order or even pay the check. The guitar light show also had no music while we were there, it was still really cool to watch. Overall it was a really nice stay and I’d come back just a few issues with service here and there.

La persona que se encargó de realizar el checking Valeria fue terrible. I think it’s important to realize that you need to clean your drainage roofs that are flat that might be the next level down from a beautiful room but when you come out onto a balcony, you see all the garbage that hasn’t been cleaned in weeks or months
