The location of the resort is within Disney gates and perfect for those visiting the parks! The property grounds are beautiful and well maintained. All staff members we encountered were pleasant and professional. Starbucks (higher prices) and restaurants on property. Our room … location didn’t make for a great stay (Tower 2, Room 546). The patio overlooks the pool equipment area and a pool/entertainment area just outside of that, with parties etc. several nights of our stay. The music was so loud you couldn’t sleep until they were done which usually wrapped up around 10 pm. The secondary bedroom wall was right next to the stairwell and while I was grateful for security checks, I wasn’t overly happy with them allowing both doors to slam shut repeatedly… every. single. morning @ 4:30 am !!! The issue was reported on multiple occasions and was finally solved on our last two nights (stayed 9 nights). Also, the washer/dryer is located in the master suite which makes it awkward when you need to do laundry in someone else’s space/bedroom and work around their shower, bathroom and sleeping schedules; very intrusive and awkward … we managed, but we would not stay in a room with this setup again; defeats the purpose of comfortably having freedom to wash during your stay (the washer/dryer was in a common area on our last stay). Even “updated” rooms seem dated. Still, we like the location in relation to the parks and will likely stay again when going to Disney.

The staff was nice until they tried to trick me into timeshare. I was like no. The room was so so. The bed had hair underneath the covers. Bathroom also and it wasn’t very clean. Parking lot is small. Found that they had a parking garage. To get out of the parking lot my room key wouldn’t work. Good thing that there was an employee there to help me out

The room was amazing! The only things that made the stay uncomfortable were that the staff was unsure of why a green bag was placed outside our room. Along with us registering through Expedia they didn’t have a consecutive stay, they left 3 “thank you for staying” cards. We were stressed that we were going to come back to the room and its locked because the hotel and Expedia don’t effectively communicate.

I stayed here for a week vacation. The resort was perfect and we loved the suite. However, The only downfall is, I booked it through Expedia maybe not realizing that I had to listen to a 2+ hr presentation when I got there. Not how I want to start my vacation. Plus if I got it at a discount rate I probably can’t afford to have a timeshare. Not to mention you have no time to really consider it. They are coming to you about it not you going to them. And now I keep getting phone calls about timeshare. No thanks. Other than that I loved staying there and would book it again without the presentation.

We would've thought that, for the price we paid, breakfast would've been included. Also, we had to walk/ drive mornings to the main building just for a bagel and coffee. The room did not have cream for the coffee- or son's didn't, either- and when we called the front desk they said someone would bring us some in a while. When they came they brought more coffee, still no cream. I called them back- someone eventually brought nasty, powdered creamer in packets. Coffee was undrinkable. Again, for the price, one should be able to have a decent cup of coffee in the morning without having to walk to another building for it. It was a nice walk, but still......
