The pool area is nice but the rooms are old and not clean. Mole in the tube and very dusty. Rooms are not cleaned properly.

It’s in a great location. They do their absolute best to keep the facility in order but it’s kids everywhere. You know how that goes. I became ill and the front desk had to send an ambulance. The staff has been great working with since I was admitted to the hospital. My sister had to fly in to take care of my son and he is still having a blast at the hotel. He’s met some great kids at the pool. The weather was a little chilly but they heat the pool

The room was cramped with old dated furniture,floor was dirty, no usb available, the bath towels were dirty, refrigerator didn’t work, blinds barely closed could see other guest walking by, woke up to use the restroom found tiny roaches on floor, we were at the very back of property no security in sight! Don’t be fooled by the water-park!

Water Park is the only plus
Rooms and bathrooms were old and outdated, beds were hard and not comfortable. Location is convenient and close to everything. Water park is fun worth it for the kids, but they need more rafts for the slides. Just ok overall only go for the entertainment of the water park but would not go back

We LOVED the water park!!! The kids were there for 6 hours! The food is average- good enough for the kids - what I didn’t like were the rooms- they feel very motel like - smell damp and beds are small and not comfortable.

Roaches day at the waterpark
I was very disappointed in the state of the hotel. The room was falling apart. Lights didn’t work. DIY fixes for scrapes and damage all over the room. Multiple large roaches came out of the tv console/fridge area. Up the walls. On the floor.

We had an absolute amazing time staying at this hotel. The resort is one of the best hotels due to the multiple water parks, including the indoor park for littles.
