The room needs updating No decaf coffee available in the room. Big suite with only one trash basket. Sink cracked. I called the hotel front desk because i forgot to write down the street address and my phone was almost out of power. I asked the front desk for the address and he did not know. He had to go online and look it up. Questionable men always standing in front of the entrance. I would not go back.

I have stayed at many Sonesta’s but not Sonesta suites. From the outside the place looked new from the inside it looked 20 years old. There were some noisy neighbours but inspite of the hallway and entrance looking yellow paint and finish choice not cleanliness the rooms were clean the bed was good and gym met my needs. Staff super friendly. They have a shuttle to the airport great for me on this trip but without a car your options are a one block walk to a combo Dunkin Donuts Subway gas station liquor store …..one stop does it all but not sure how late I would do the walk

We missed a connection and had to spend the night at ORD. Your hotel was very functional with comfy bed. We noticed bathroom floor dirty. Over all, kind of a dingy, older hotel.....kind of like it has seen better days. But like I said, the bed was comfy and clean.

Fine for what it is
Older reflagged property but in very good condition. Bed was comfortable, lots of desk space. Staff was friendly, but the airport shuttle is run by the parking lot next door and is a bit understaffed. Parking was free so if you have a rental car it's not an issue.

All the comforts of home
The staff was very friendly, and the place was also pet friendly, which was a plus for us. The rooms could use some updating for sure but everything you need. Is there down to a laundry basket, dishwasher, and supplies that you need for the kitchen, which was a huge plus! As a travel nurse this will be the perfect spot for someone on assignment because there is nothing that you don’t need. That’s not available and that’s always a plus when you’re traveling with family.

Mattress was quite old based on the sagginess and the shower was a bit messed up - equal amounts of water coming out of the shower head and the spout.
