The lobby area is nice. The rooms are looking a little dated with some of the carpeting starting to show its wear but it's always been clean & the staff friendly & accommodating.

The front desk staff were all friendly and professional. The room was shabby, but clean. The couch was awful, however. I sank to the floor and it was a struggle to get back up. This was unfortunate as I would have liked to be able to eat meals and watch TV from there. Also, the maids ignored my room, but that could have been because they heard me working. I would have been fine if they came in; they never asked.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lombard is a fantastic area and had easy train access to downtown. Great restaurants and wonderful people. The staff were outstanding. Will for sure stay here again when we come back to the area.
