It is a old building but amazing fully renovated lobby, elevators and all amenities working perfectly, very friendly staff, the restaurant 312 Chicago is connect to it and have amazing dinner options, but you also have a bar in the lobby with amazing bartenders. Love the experience and its next to the Cadillac Theater.

Great location, nice hotel, lounge area, and good service. The one thing that I would rate low is that you can hear the people in the room next to you almost clearly, at normal speaking volume.
