It was nasty not clean. Elevator was not working have to walk down the stairs. Bathroom was not clean so good. Over all hotel is nasty I would never stay at this hotel ever again.

Clean, close to shopping, friendly staff. Room was small and no frills-no microwave, fridge, dresser, or closet but clean and accommodating for one night’s stay. Great location for access to the Magnificent Mile and a good value for the price. Very close to Northwestern Hospital so siren noise was louder than average.

The property was in the perfect location, and the staff was so nice and helpful. My brother was in the hospital a block away, and they were so helpful and receptive when we had to keep extending our stay as his operation was postponed. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay/staff at such a fragile time.

Older hotel in great Magnificent Mile location.
First and foremost, hotel location is amazing. It’s an older hotel that’s been refurbished. Short walk to Magnificent Mile with tons of shopping and restaurants close by. The bathroom needed to be better swept, there was hair in the corners. Shower soaps were a nice touch but need checked because one was empty. Those housekeeping issues aside, we’d stay here again.

Only one of 2 elevators was working, and the elevator only held 5 individuals at a time so there were long waits and barely any acknowledgment by staff. Not much interaction with staff member during check in and check out. Window in room had a large crack. Carts and trash cans were directly across from elevator opening on floor.
