The staff was absolutely amazing! Welcoming and inviting. There’s a doorman always up front and transportation for easy pick up! You are steps away from the main shopping. Very accommodating for a quick stay!

The room was really nice but also really small, the parking was really expensive and came out to almost $100 for one night (expensive parking was expected because it was Chicago, but that was ridiculous), staff was helpful but some people at the front desk were rude and cleanliness is 10/10
