Very nice staff and very welcoming. The bathrobes could be whiter or cleaner and the bath water has a ton of chlorine in it. Other than that it is very nice.

Large rooms and the beds are wonderful. Very clean, the pool, spa and restaurants where great! Location was the best in the middle of all great stores and restaurants. Defiantly staying here again when in Chicago.
