Sad because I love this hotel. The pillows are worn thin The air conditioner was not working. The room smelled like moldy wet towels. They don’t restock the Mini bar. So sad that service has gone down some.

Our only negative would be since they have a rooftop pool, it would be nice to always have easy music on outside up there and to let guests use the bathrooms on that floor. We had to always go down to our room to use the bathroom. Also, water in the lobby was great in the summer but having fresh coffeee too would be a bonus. But w writhing and everyone was great.

Beautiful property. We stayed in a corner room and it was quiet and clean. Pandan on the 18th floor had incredible drinks and a wonderful city view. Sommerset on the first floor advertised happy hour cocktail specials which we took advantage of but unfortunately upon receiving the check we were told no cocktails are included and it’s a misprint. Service was great from the front desk, valet, house keeping and restaurants. We will be back.
