Nice hotel conveniently situated next to the Te Pae. Good sized rooms that are well equiped. my only complaint the the bed is a bit on the hard side. Lots of food near by and good restaurant in the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. Super easy check in, staff were lovely. Great stay but I was woken up early by someone making noise outside our room - better sound proofing could have helped. There was a frame coming out of its place by the shower. Didn’t affect our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty toilet, the shower blind between the room and the bathroom is just weird as was tv the speaker in the bathroom, shower pressure is poor, i personally won't stay there again, there are better places to stay in chch for the money.

The bed had broken springs and the topper added did not adequately mitigate so was exceedingly uncomfortable, the worst hotel sleep ever - also pillows were unusually very long and round, so also uncomfortable
