Having booked 2 rooms simultaneously some time ago, I was shocked that we were given two rooms on two different floors, neither of which was cleaned and ready for us to check in. After a wait, we were given a room on the second floor and told to wait for the second room which would be on the 4th floor. As soon as see got out of the lift on the second floor, the appearance and smell of mildew and damp was overwhelming as was the fresh paint being applied directly over the mildew on the walls! I explained to the staff on reception that we would be sick if we stayed in those conditions- the bedding was also damp and the bathroom door was warped and couldn’t close. Finally, having stood my ground, we were given 2 rooms together on a higher floor which were quite OK. I don’t think I will ever stay at a Hilton Hotel again. I was shocked that they were selling rooms in such an unsatisfactory state

Well located for ease of access to airport! It is clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight as our flight arrived late and left early the next day! Highly recommend!

Room was not ready, kept us waiting a hour for room before we left and went into Kuta and came back. One Bintang was $10 after their fees and charges. TV had no English chanel accept nbc news or something similar. No free shuttle for the 2 minute trip to airport. Does not live up to Brand.

Decent stay for a layover
Overall nice. Room was clean and modern. Facilities well maintained. 2 issues though, ac for our room barely worked. Kept it cool enough to not feel hot hot but definetly not cool. Also the lights were funky. 8 switched only 2 of them seemed to work, it was basicaly all lights on or all off.
