Cross Bali Breakers is the perfect stay for couples wanting a romantic time away, families to kick back and relax in a safe environment or young groups wanting to base themselves in a more laid back and less hustle and bustle region in Bali. My husband and I were honeymooning for 8 days at Cross Bali Breakers and were so glad we did ! The private pool, room service, gym access, transport and peaceful nature of the resort suited us so well. The staff, service, cleanliness and food were perfect and we cannot fault them. You feel like part of the family! We will definitely be back.

Our stay at this Balinese hotel was unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional attention to detail. Ninda from guest relations made us feel welcomed, remembering our names and even greeting my plushy each morning—a warm, personal touch. The spa was a highlight, offering a 2.5-hour couple's massage that left us rejuvenated. When my partner got sunburned, the staff generously provided free aloe vera gel, reflecting their attentive care. Outdoor Pilates under coconut trees was a refreshing experience, and the Canang Sari session with Putri and Wulan gave us a meaningful glimpse into Balinese traditions. The hotel's restaurant served incredible food, with the breakfast buffet being a standout. Daily specials like eggs Benedict and French toast, paired with warm service from Sari and her team, energized our mornings. Special thanks to Oka for his friendly demeanor while driving us to the beach and assisting with our luggage. Putu, Udin, and Lily ensured our room and private pool were spotless, surprising us with towel animals and a sweet message before our departure. Mika’s express laundry service was also a lifesaver. Every moment here was magical. Highly recommended for a warm and immersive Balinese getaway!

Beautiful stay
Cross Bali Breakers was a wonderful experience! We had a one bedroom villa with a private pool. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The only slight issue we had was mosquitos. Our first night we killed at least 30 mosquitos in the room. We notified the front desk of the issue and we had someone there within 3 minutes with mosquito spray. We showed him that the issue was the sliding doors were not sealed, leaving a half inch gap on either side where the mosquitos were entering. Five minutes later, engineering was there to fix the gap and we had no issues after that! Overall the staff was very kind and helpful. The spa was lovely. The location is a bit out in the bush, so there isnt much within walking distance, but the resort has a great restaurant and they will help with getting a cab. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a nice variety of foods.

They only have 1 restaurant and the food was horrible. 20 minutes away from any other restaurant which was very inconvenient. The prices for service were much more expensive than any other hotel we stayed at on the island. But the food was absolutely terrible

Everything about Cross Bali breakers was perfect from the get go. We checked in after 12am and to our surprise they gave us sandwiches since their restaurants were closed. Every day we were greeted by all the staff who gave lovely compliments and made us feel so welcome. Room service came twice a day and were always there when you needed them for anything. Anything we needed was just a call away. The shuttle service was so convenient for the beach and for going to the market. They had a tour guide and local taxis which was so helpful. I don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Bali after the standardd cross Bali breakers has set

We stayed in a one bedroom villa with a private pool which we thought was spacious and had almost everything we needed. The service, hospitality and workers were amazing! They had 3 different pools on the property as well which were great (an infinity, swim up bar pool and more relaxed pool that was quiet and nice to relax at). The rooms did have AC however the bathrooms don’t, so it got pretty hot in the bathrooms. The included breakfast was the best! They had different specials that could be ordered which were also included so a lot of options to choose from. Leaving a 4 star review because there were stains on all the sheets and the pillows smelled the first night we got there. We had them change them before the “3 day standard” but the changed sheets were almost worse and had more stains. When checking out they had room service check the room prior to us leaving and they grilled us about a “missing” bath towel (which was found in our room). We tried not to think too much of it. Overall, was still good.
