Upon arrival the room was clean and looked nice. The bed was the worst sleep experience I have had in a hotel and the toilet would not flush properly. Maintenance had to come to the room and after “fixing” the issue we had to find out the toilet now overflowed before draining at night when we went to use it next. They did state that they would take the room out of service but how had this not been found prior to our visit.

Everything was clean and the staff was very pleasant! Checkin and checkout were both very easy. Our room was really clean and we had no issues during our stay. There was a private parking garage you needed your room key to access so parking was easy as well. Would definitely recommend. We did not use the on-site bistro, so I can't comment on food or other amenities.

We were there for a UC football game. The location to the campus was great. Just a short ride. The rooms were great. The person that checked us in was amazing & very accommodating.
