The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area was well stocked and provided both hot and cold options. The overall condition of the property is acceptable. In our room you could see signs of shoddy workmanship in the bathroom and floor tiles, not bad, but didn't make a good impression. The indoor pool area is small, and the towels are equally as small and thin. The pool water temp needs to be raised a few degrees.

Greg was excellent in setting up our reservations. He was very helpful in securing exactly what we needed for our stay. We enjoy very much staying at Blue Ash Holiday Inn Express. Tony was a great help to us during checkin. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Five stars!

I liked the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, great options for breakfast, a nice pool and gym. There are plenty of food options around and a big shopping centre in Mason,not far away, maximum 10 minutes by car

Perfectly fine
There for tennis event with friends. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. We had a small issue with our AC on our last night but the manager was very responsive and kind about a resolution. Would probably stay there again.

Friendly staff, room had a handful of unexpected amenities, the complimentary breakfast was good, and the location was ideal - right in the middle of downtown Cincinnati & Mason (the Cincinnati Open). Would stay again!
