"Arrived very late due to flight delay. Had to call hotel for airport transfe. The phone in the arrivals is for a different Leonardo hotel so there was some confusion. "Arrived to locked hotel. Rang contact number and told hotel closed and not accepting guests. No aplogies or options given. Terrible unprofessional. Had to find alternate accommodation at 9.30pm at night after just arriving in country"
