It was disappointing to reserve a room with a king bed only to find out upon checkin that our room had 2 queen beds. We were told that it couldn’t be changed since the hotel was full. We even arrived 4:30-5:00 pm; it wasn’t a late check in.

Nice hotel close to Cleveland Clinic

Very nice hotel close to Cleveland Clinic. Very quiet rooms. Very good stay. Only drawback was that 8 or 10 cars in the back half of the parking lot had their side windows broke out. If you stay here park as close to building as possible!

Extremely clean and new or newly updated property. Property very modern feeling. Ample and easy free parking. The hotel is a short and convenient drive to the Cleveland clinic. The area felt safe. Lobby offers 24 hour coffee and tea. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

The property is in good are, the rooms are clean but I asked the front desk staff for help to delay my check out for only two because of some medical appointments which was delayed in Cleveland clinic but they refused.
