Stayed here prior to a visit to Cleveland Clinic to which it is conveniently located. Safe location despite some other reviews to the contrary. Very friendly staff! Room was spacious and met our needs for an overnight stay. Free water and popcorn at check-in is a nice touch. Free breakfast was outstanding! Will return to Tru the next time we visit Cleveland.

Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the games in the lobby my kids could play. Rooms were bright and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The gentleman at the front desk barely said two words to us upon check-in. Just asked for our card for the deposit and that was it. Most check-in experiences offer basic customer service with "hello and welcome" or "thank you and is there anything else I can help with?" We didn't receive a hello or a welcome or any conversation, really. The a/c unit in the room make a loud squealing noise the entire time it was running.

Our room was immaculate and so comfortable. The entire building was clean and smelled fresh. The free breakfast hit the spot and the coffee was excellent. Parking was adequate and easy to get in/out. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

The room was large with very little amenities, no coffee maker, no closet, ironing board, ect. No carpet on the floor. It felt like a dorm room. It was dark and not much lighting in the room.

It was bad. The check in took over an hour due to the computers not working. The sheets were gross and had blood stains on them. The room was dirty. No coffee pot. And it was very pricey!
