Depends on what room you get

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. My a/c unit made a horrible noise that I reported day 1. My bed (King sized) was dipped in the middle and had to put pillows and blankets not to sink in. Lobby and common areas wete nice. My daughter also had a King room and hers was great!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was overall clean, but could use a deep cleaning (the platform of the beds have dust a crumbs that could be vacuumed when sheets are changed). Hallways could use a lot of attention- vacuum, wipe down and wash elevator floors.

Refrigerator was not working at all. All my stored wasted. Even informed no one came to my room either to replace or fix it. Check in also has an issue with the Expedia and also faced Che knout issue with credit card. Their payment system issue and also they won’t accept cash as well.

I had to wait an hour past check in time because rooms weren't ready. Then when i got in my room my sheets and comforter were still wet/damp. Thank goodness i had blankets in my car from camping. And no microwave in the room was weird

At first glance we were pleased with the room. It wasn’t until we started getting ready for bed that we discovered there was no way to completely cover the window. The top curtain is actually more of a valance & only covered less than half the window.

Great stay.

This hotel was great. Convenient to downtown without the hassle. An uber is about 15 minutes to the HB stadium. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast typical with oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage, bagel, toast, and yogurt. Front desk staff was super nice and gave me suggestions and advice.

There was drywall and water pockets in our room. The bed was definitely now a king, room was very small, the floor were DIRTY my feet were black minutes after taking a shower. The fact that expedia said 299$ and i checked in was charged 401$ is another story. I am also not happy as i asked for a goverment rate and was not given

The entrance was very colorful and inviting. The building itself was very colorful. Overall it was a great place to stay . We have stayed there for over a year now at different times . And the staff is always nice and very helpful .
