It was just what we needed after being at the hospital all day and evening awaiting a family member’s major surgery completion. I must say specifically HELEN IS AMAZING!!! I was stressed, extremely exhausted and full of anxiety and her kindness and welcoming spirit allowed me to have a sense of calmness that I really needed thank you thank you thank you Helen!! I love the welcome bag with the waters and popcorn too. The room was very clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the decor. I will definitely stay again when in the city or in a different city.

I’ve been a customer at tru a few times. This was the first time the quality was a little subpar. Our sheets had dried blood on them and we were short hand soap and something in the shower as well as towels. Plus breakfast was low on items including plasticware. It took more than once try to get it all fixed. The hotel seemed understaffed and the managers on staff tried hard to take care of all the asks. They were friendly too.

Overall very nice hotel to stay. The room was very nice and no issues with room. Staff overall were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Do recommend staying this place. Also, hotel is close to Cleveland Clinic. So if need hotel room while have family member at Cleveland Clinic. Recommend getting room at Tru By Hilton Cleveland Midtown.

Everything was nice. They have an on site parking area with security which is cool. My only complaint was that the eggs they served for the free breakfast were pretty bad, but that's a minor thing.

My vehicle and multiple other vehicles got broken into over the course of our stay. Front desk was not helpful. Police officer said He personally has been there multiple times this year for this.

My room may not have been occupied for awhile. The ceiling was dusty and the bathroom vent was extremely dusty. The toilet had a slow leak at the base and the fridge also had a leak. The back to the remote control must have been lost so they added black tape. Several cars were broken into the night of my stay as well

not friendly or welcoming right from the start… “no” was their favorite response. Noisy a/c kept us up all night, breakfast was a challenge trying to get food before a hockey team ate it all, response when checking out was “have a great day”…. $334/night for this!? Crazy!
