This place was awaeome and very clean….parking right on the lot…The only thing is you don’t have a microwave in your room you have to go to front desk, bummer….Took us approximately 5 minutes to get to Cleveland Clinic

The area that this hotel is in appeared to be unsafe. There was no good restaurants or shops within walking distance. Also, we are fairly certain we saw someone trying to break into cars in the parking lot. Also, the air conditioner in the room was incredibly noisy and the room smelled a bit like sewage.

Great stay, only one issue

Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but when we arrived the room was really hot. We turned the air on and it wasn’t coming out cold, and the fan was flashing. I was looking, and noticed that the filter was in desperate need of being cleaned. I cleaned it, put it back and it started working just fine. That’s our only complaint, otherwise a great stay.

The sheets smelled, really bad, I had to sleep on my own shirt. The shower floor had dark stains. The staff was great, I got in late and was leaving early. I think they would have changed them if i asked but it was a quick trip, and clean sheets should be the norm, not something you need to ask for.
