I stayed at this hotel recently, booking a deluxe room at $200 per night, expecting a higher standard of comfort and cleanliness. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. The front desk clerk was rude and dismissive, treating our questions as a bother. This set a negative tone for our stay. The room conditions were even worse. We were greeted with a strong fish odor, which was unpleasant. The carpet was stained, and there were splatters on the ceiling and lamp shades. Additionally, several bathroom tiles were falling off the walls. To make matters worse, large bags of trash were left in the hallway, which we had to move ourselves to get our suitcase through. Given the high rate for what was advertised as a newly upgraded room, the overall quality of the accommodations and service was extremely disappointing. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

Walked into our room and the smell of animal pee covered up in a floral smelling cleaner was apparent. Multiple different stains (looked like animal poop not fully cleaned up) on the carpet. The bathroom sink was leaking and the bathroom in general was dingy and old. Lamp shades all torn. They switched us to a different room but by then I was just ready to leave. Bring your hard earned money elsewhere.

This is my go to hotel in Colorado Springs. It is clean, the rooms are updated and the breakfast is amazing. The hotel is located close to the highway and many stores and restaurants. Everyone I interact with is always friendly and polite.

It advertises an indoor and outdoor pool. Only has an indoor. Also the towels were not changed out daily. Also we met family that lived there and were not allowed to have them visit and swim. That was ver disappointing. The food was good and the employees were nice. It has a very nice atmosphere inside. The housekeepers were very nice when we asked for the towels and toilet papers they forgot to leave and did apologize.
