We had a family cabin and we’re very happy with our stay. Kris was friendly at front desk. Kids had a ball in the pool. They loved it was warm. Would definitely recommend to families and if you’re after somewhere quiet with great facilities, book a cabin here. Kids can entertain themselves.

In need of renovation
This hotel needs a renovation or else needs to lower its rates. The previous night we paid the same money in a Melbourne suburb but the property was far newer and rooms superior. There is traffic noise and aircraft noise as it is on a main road and near the airport. We arrived out of hours for a quick overnight stay and there was good communication as to key collection procedures.

The property is geared to family holidays and has many great activities for kids/families. However the motel style accommodation is dated and tired and in need of maintenance e.g. loose or missing tiles in bathroom areas, faulty plumbing, ill fitting sliding doors etc. It appears that not all guests share the same facilities depending on which accommodation is assigned e.g. not all rooms have outdoor tables, the outdoor furniture varies, the comfort of indoor furniture was very poor in the room assigned. The garden areas are in urgent need of maintenance and or upgrading with weeds taking over plots that could look attractive with the appropriate maintenance.

We stayed for approx 3 nights. We were given a room with no cutlery to start off with. We had a sliding door that was extremely difficult to open. The power points, lights, aircon, heater and Tv did NOT work! Cannot rate this stay and will not stay there again. Location was good.
