Disappointed with this holiday inn hotel, Hotel is dated and needs updating, carpets stained, rooms decor needs updating walls/doors, unprofessional reception area with A4 printed notices taped up everywhere. Pool closed when only due to be closed in winter.

We have family in German Village so this location is perfect. Years ago, this property was not as well kept and with homeless people loitering around and night, it didn’t feel safe. Things are MUCH better and we love staying here. We just wish the water pressure was better in the shower!

Rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast has plenty of options. The only issue was that the pool was green during my visit. Overall, the hotel is great and perfect for a weekend stay in Columbus.

What I did not like about this property was the Bath towel, wash clothes and bathmat. Most of the linen seem like theyd been wash bu not with bleach or a whitening agent. Every day they were grey like they been wash with something dark or the machine was not clean.
