Slamming doors. We were in room 228 and the stairs door was right next to ours and slammed off and on all night and would wake us up. Spoke to front desk was told they were aware of it because they get complaints on that room all the time. It’s upsetting because of how much this room cost for 2 nights

This property is very nice. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. The location is great! Theres a cute park next to the hotel and there are plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby! It’s also within a few blocks walking distance to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion concert venue, just follow the sidewalk along the Waterway. Make sure to check out the mosaic artwork under the bridge.

Gorgeous property right on the waterway. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Only con was that it stated that it was pet friendly, but they charged a $100 fee per pet.
