Our room was smaller than a closet but fits our budget and was very functional. The entire place was clean with lots of space to lounge. Front desk staff were very helpful. The bed was single (European size) and the sheets and towels were clean. Bring wall adaptor coz U.S. plugs will not work here. There's luggage storage and a laundry room complete with folding table and ironing supplies. This was a totally welcome surprise. The property is a 5 minute walking distance to the mall (Fisketorvet) so you’ll have plenty of dining options, and to Kobenhavns bus terminal. It's a 17 minute walk to Kobenhavn H, or 10 minutes if you prefer bus. Tivoli gardens is right across the H. There are 2 bus stops within 3 minutes from the property, and if you prefer Viggo or Taxa (taxi service), they're right across the street parked in front of Tivoli Hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

One particular gentleman " Pétus Tasfi ' stood out—his professionalism, kindness, and knowledge were unmatched. He truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was a highlight of my visit. The open buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, from warm pastries to delicious local delicacies. Every bite was a treat, and it was clear the team takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the welcoming atmosphere—was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Copenhagen. Staff very friendly and very helpful. the waiting and lunge area was clean. Outside area pretty dirty, maybe just the season wasn't right, maybe if it was spring or summer it'd be cleaner.I'd book with them again.

I wanted a few extra pillows to help with my back and the property refused. The rooms are very VERY small. You cannot tell just how small in pictures. The bathroom is combined space for toilet and shower which means you can get whole bathroom floor wet. Very annoying

This property was a 20 min walk from the main Cophenhaghen Central station. Although the map showed it much close by. The room was very cramped although i got an upgrade. But i guess it was ok for the price. Dont have much expectations

Stinky, dirty and loud
I would strongly advise you to look at other budget hotel options on Copenhagen. Problems with the drainage system lead to terribly stinky bathrooms. Problems with sound-proofing combined with long term residents having loud parties lead to poor sleep. Problems with the fire alarm system lead to regular fire alarms and evacuations in the middle of the night. Furthermore, for such a new hotel it is surprisingly tatty as well as dirty.

The location was good. The room service had to be booked everyday by 9.00pm for the following day. Bed linen is changed every 4th day and room service did not include the beds being made.
