Positives: Lovely hotel overall, nice and clean rooms, friendly/helpful service from multiple staff members throughout our stay, comfy variety of options for pillows, bike rental availability was VITAL to make for a great overall trip, pretty good gym with nice sauna/pool, and easy access and good hours for gym/pool/sauna. We were very impressed with the overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, whether front desk or concierge or cleaning/pool staff or bike mechanics, etc etc. All great people who improved our experience! Negatives: daily bike rental is way too expensive, and the coffee in the hotel bar is by far the most expensive cup of coffee I've ever had and absolutely should cost half or less than half what they charge. Small things (rentals and coffee) should be infinitely more affordable for guests who are already paying plenty for a room.

Aldeles glimrende hotel, hvis man ikke har det dårligt med mange mennesker. Vi var uheldige at få tildelt et værelse, hvor det viste sig, at der ikke var gjort rent. Det kan jo ske, og vi fik straks et nyt, men med lidt dårligere placering. Intet at udsætte på rengøring og stand i øvrigt.
