With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1wc, lounge and extensive gardens with lawn as well as an inviting private pool, Villa Rubina can sleep up to 10 guests. Velonades, where the villa is located, is a traditional, sleepy village with an extremely convenient position to explore the sandy beaches of all north and west Corfu.
Inside, the property is set over 2 floors and has been modernly finished and designed, in order to provided high comfort and all the most modern amenities. On the ground floor there is a huge lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. The lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV, high speed wi-fi internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for a self catering holiday as well as big patio doors opening straight to the barbecue area outside. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom, a WC, and a useful laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Stairs lead up to the upper floor with 4 bedrooms (3 doubles, one with twin beds that can be joined on request to form a double), a family bathroom and another impressive family bathroom with both bathtub and shower. For the comfort of our guests, cleanings, change of towels twice a week and change of linen once a week are included in the rental price.
Outside, guests of Villa Rubina have access to extensive terraces and incredibly large gardens with lawn, perfect for sunbathing, playing or just chilling out enjoying the pleasant Corfiot weather. The private swimming pool of Villa Rubina is perfect for a refreshing swim after a day out exploring the island. The private pool measures 8m x 4.5m, depth is 1.4m and access is via ladder. 10 comfortable sunbeds as well as shades are provided for the guests to enjoy. Barbecue, outdoor dining area and private parking are available. The owners of the villa run a boat and pedalo rental business on the beach of the nearby Sidari therefore guests will be our welcome guests to enjoy these services at special rates.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
