Check in was ok we ask for discounts from jobs n other offers they told none were good, room was not good wet floors, roaches in the bed, floors, walls n bathrooms. Breakfast was horrible. Won’t come back.

WE HAD A GREAT WEEKEND. THE HOTEL WAS NICE THE STAFF FREINDLY WE USED THE POOL DAILY. IT WAS GETTING A LITTLE OUTDATED DEFINITLY NEEDS A FEW UPDATES BUT OVERALL VERY COMFORTABLE. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN..

The hotel hallways were hot. The carpet felt sticky and damp, and it smelled like a dirty sock hamper! The room felt muggy and it smelled like mildew!

The hallways were very hot. Our room was missing the TV remote & the phone didn’t work. Then our room had a bunch of ants by the AC. The staff was wonderful but their hands were tied considering they couldn’t do much to resolve those issues. They eventually moved us rooms but this was at 11:30pm, when we had to wake up the next day and check out early. Overall it was a frustrating and inconvenient experience.

At first went online to reserve the 2 rooms for my trip if I hadn’t called the hotel property my rooms wouldn’t have be booked but when I got there had to wait a while and the mosquitos were bad other than that everything else was ok hotel needs an upgrade kind of dark and parking for handicap is terrible
