1400 sf 3/2 with romantic king suite with 4-poster bed. Close to dining, shops and the best part of the city's beach. Garage access with remote, parking for up to 3 vehicles. Community pool + hot tub shared by just one other unit (the studio apartment below this home). If you need more than 3 bedrooms, you may add the studio (if it's available.) The home (2nd floor) and studio (1st floor) are completely separate with private entries.
Rooms include a primary suite with blackout curtains, a romantic 4-poster bed with plush pillow-top king mattress, 54" TV, walk-in shower with bench. and blackout curtains. Other bedrooms are a queen and a bunk room (twin over full). Rollaway bed, pack 'n play and high chair onsite.
The community pool is shared by just 10 homes and has family-friendly features; a full-length bench, an a full-width entry and an 6' sun deck (a very shallow end for sunbathing or for kids to play). The pool also has also an outdoor shower and restroom.
Parking for 3 vehicles and/or a boat.
Your family will love the "open concept" great room with 75" smart TV for meals, game and movie nights. The furniture is plush and inviting and includes an oversized easy chair with an ottoman and a Pottery Barn sectional which is NOT a sleeper but is very comfortable.
Our kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and utensils. We have plentiful counter space and a beverage fridge. All bedrooms have louvered shutters, the king suite also has blackout curtains.
Outdoor spaces include a balcony with party lights, 2 hammocks, a sectional sofa and a propane fueled fire table, the ground level has a small yard with seating and the 5-person hot tub.
Technology includes Spectrum Select cable, 500 mbps high-speed internet Roku TV's. Beach chairs and pool toys for guest use. Access to the hot tub is from 10am-10pm weekdays and 10am-11pm Friday and Saturdays. If the 1st floor studio is vacant, you can have access 24 Hrs.

Note: we happily give access to our propane grill on a self-service basis; guests are expected to clean the grill (brush and cleaner are next to the grill in the garage), guests are also responsible for swapping out the propane tank as needed. The Dollar General is 1/2 mile North on 361, if you send me a receipt, I will reimburse for the swap. City fire code: grill must be 10' from all structures. Max occupancy 10. by city code. STR 006688
