Property clearly needs updating/remodel. I have stayed at embassy suites and they are generally well kept establishments. I suspect there is economic issues here; the staff was terrific but clearly under staffed. There was only 1 waiter on duty in restaurant and he was doing his darnest to hold down the fort.

Old and dirty room with awful Beach
Dirty room with gum on the carpet. A/C making a lot of noise, impossible to sleep. Old hotel with nothing close in bad Area. The Beach is discusting, trash everywhere. Dont go there .. keep your money.

For this representing a Hilton property, the conditions are very outdated and running on a bare minimum operation. Room has a musky sent even though it was well cleaned by house keeping. Service was poor at the bar. AND you have to pay for parking as a guest of the hotel.

I don't like the QR scanning for parking. I don't like to put financial information on my cell phone. The staff was very helpful. The staff is very good at check-in and also in bar/restaurant. Food and drinks are good. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair in the bathtub.

The hotel is very pretty unfortunately the 4th floor which is where we stayed had no air conditioning and it was so hot and humid in there. Our room didn’t have working air conditioning and it was always 76 in there l. We called front desk told them about it and they never went over to fix it. They ended up going on our second day to fix it at about 6pm but we had already spent a full day and night in a hot humid room. Definitely not worth what we payed for.

The staff were excellent. Jennifer and Ronald (front desk) were rock stars. They made sure we had the rooms we needed. The restaurant was great with a varied menu and the workers there were friendly and helpful. The ONLY complaint about this hotel that I can think of is that the mattresses are VERY, VERY firm. Hard. Other than that, the location was great, the people were great.

The property is in an area that has little asthetic apeal. The service in the restaurant was extremely slow and inattentive. There were many mistakes in our order and we couldn't get them resolved since the staff was mostly unavailable. Our room was not very clean. Stains on both comfotors, floor in bathroom was disgusting, etc. The beach was ok, but did have some trash. For the $700 two night stay, I definitely didn't get my moneys worth.
