The site is well located in a beautiful village. Bus stop right in front, close to restaurant, cafe, grocery and activities… a parking is available within walking distance but you have to get up earlier to pay the daily fee….
Our room was spacious and clean. However check in was not so easy, as we arrived when the office was closed, so we had to phone a number to get the door code and room number. Fortunately we were with family who spoke French, so we managed. The only issue we had was the church bells, right across from our room. Started every 15 minutes from 6 am.
Restaurant was excellent. Bathroom had a bit of mold. Room very small and above restaurant which made it noisy. Excellent staff!

The manager made us wait an hour and a half in the heat and claimed that he had no record of our booking

The hotel is located in a very quiet and beautiful place. Parking is free from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am if you are lucky to find one! there is no elevator so it is better to have a room on the lower levels.
The room was very small, And I saw two centipedes in the bathroom. There were one shampoo, one hand soap, 4 towels, tea cups, and a kettle in the room. I expected a cleaner room when I was booking. Although I did not like the room, but I liked the staff!

Nice friendly hotel
Interesting Swiss Inn.Staircase was very difficult. Breakfast very good. Dining room was attractive in the pm was clearly popular with local people. Food was excellent but expensive, not unusual for Switzerland
Beautiful building in a quaint location. No reception desk made check in a little chaotic as people were leaving and the maids were cleaning and trying to figure it all out. Room was very nice and spotless.
I didn't actually get to check in, I just so happen to run into a staff member while I was walking to the hotel. I would have liked to have been better informed about the hours they aren't available as I came in early by train and wanted to leave my bags. I was just lucky I ran into this lady and she was able to give me the code to get in. Also, there is no warning about all the stairs to get to the hotel from the street (or a different option if there is one). Clearer instructions would have been nice. That being said, the hotel was clean, quaint, quiet, and the restaurant had great food!
What an amazingly gorgeous hotel in a phenomenal location, both in terms of accessibility and appearance. The staff were super helpful and lovely. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a must-visit.
The hotel/restaurant is an old building in the charming Old Town on the hill above Vevey. The area is referred to as Corsier Sur Vevey, or Corsier Village on bus schedules. It's a 10-min walk down to Vevey (with an uphill walk on the way back!) but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the ride is only 6 min. The hotel gives you a card good for free bus rides and discounts on some attractions in the region. It's pretty quiet but, if you like to go to sleep early, be advised that the restaurant noise (chopping of food, disposal of beer bottles, etc.) can be pretty loud if you're in Room 1. The room is basic, but the shower is nice and hot, and the staff is very helpful.

Nice place, friendly people. Room a bit small and out dated. For one night good enough. Bus to center is very good. In hotel you can eat and drink well. Shop is nearby and also bakery. Good stay for a night.

My family and I mostly enjoyed our visit at Hotel de la Place! Great view from our room with balcony and the staff were very friendly, greeting us with a drink from the restaurant. The village is very cute with multiple bus transportations to Vevey. Something to beware of is the church bells right across the street, which (during our stay in oct/nov) rings regularly between 6am and 10pm. The pull-out couch was quite uncomfortable sadly.
