Perfect location for a night on Philip Island. 15 mins from penguin parade and a few steps from the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location, so close to the centre and to the beach. Loved the tropical view with many palms. We had a huge jetted spa in the room. The room is a bit dated but very clean. Happy to book again.

Fine mid range place, convenient location to main area of Cowes. Room a little dated but overall functional, clean and tidy. Easy check in and out.

Room was shocking dirty with cobwebs everywhere hanging down and walls had thick dust all over them that when you touch them you left a handprint. Blinds were splattered with Brown filth. Old prehistoric blankets on the bed, cold for winter, need to update their bedding. Outside lights did not come on when it was dark out and dangerous to walk down the stairs, sensors are not set for the right timing/season. Bathroom rot around cupboards. Overall, not a pleasant stay, would not visit here again.
