Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

Nos cobraram 2 vezes pelo estacionamento terceirizado. No check in e check out. Tivemos q entrar em contato com o banco pra obter o comprovante do pagamento no check in...tempo perdido e transtornos.... atendende do check in desatencioda....e o cafe da manha para um rede de hoteis bem ruim.

Hotel precisa de reformas porque é um pouco antigo e eles nao retocaram pintura do meu quarto. Não tinha mesa de cabeceira. O frigobar estava bem velhinho. Mas a localizacao do hotel é muito boa. As vezes o o barulho do trem no início da manhã incomoda. Para além disso, eles cobram R$ 100,00 a mais para ultralassar o horario do check-out e só vai ate as 15hs. O que é bem elevado considerando que a diaria é R$ 150,00.

Hotel bem ruim. Carpetes dos andares sujos e descolados do piso que podem causar um acidente. Frigobar não funcionava, tivemos que utilizar a geladeira da recepção do hotel.Nao tem um copo se quer no quarto se quisessemos beber agua. O banheiro com o teto descascado . Nos cantos das paredes sujas. Qdo fomos tomar cafe várias mesas sujas , não sabíamos se tinha alguem sentado , formou fila para o cafe e foi que percebemos que nao havia pessoas em pe pegando cafe e fomos perguntar para as pessoas que estavam sentado se sabiam se a mesa estava ocupada ou não. So estavam sujas nao havia atendentes para perguntar. Qdo colocamos as coisas de lado para sentar domos pegar o cafe e nao havia mais fruta ou frios ou talheres um caos.Nao aguentei e entrei na cozinha e havia uma pessoa tomando cafe sossegada no celular. Entao perguntei se nao gavia alguem oara repor a mesa do cafe e limpar as mesas. Uma hospedagem horrível , qdo cheguei no corredor para entrar no quarto quase sai correndo . Acredito nao ter mais coragem de pegar uma estadia com o hotel.com pois impossivel se colocar um hotel nesse estado em sua pagina. A única coisa boa foram os atendentes da recepção. So nao tirei foto do cafe da manha para nao constranger outros hospedes

Acomodação mediana, cama poderia ser melhor, torneira do banheiro, muito suja, um monte de cabelo no ralo do banheiro, no anúncio diz estacionamento disponível, porém tem que pagar 35 reais ou deixar na rua. Falha do hotel ou do app em não avisar direito? No geral, pelo hotel ficaria novamente, mas pelo fato do estacionamento ser pago e ser informado apenas na hora do check in, não voltarei.

Foi péssima, cheiro fortíssimo de cloro, camas velhas, colchão extremamente mole, me deu muita alergia..... Estacionamento é em outro local, todo encardido, com carpete velho, café da manhã ruim, bolo estava babando, a fechadura não abriu com o cartão...tivemos que trocar de quarto, a única coisa positiva é o chuveiro!
