Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

Fiquei no quarto PCD. Neste quarto não há box nem cortina na área de chuveiro do banheiro. O quarto era individual com cama de solteiro. Tambem sugiro fazer o degelo do frigobar

Estacionamento era a parte ou seja falam que esta incluído mas se quiser utilizar tem que pagar a parte, banheiro mofado, café da manha bem simples, mas não era ruim, cama nada confortável, lençol e cobertores velhos...enfim a estrutura do hotel já e velho, mas pelo valor supre a necessidade.

Hotel bem antigo - as fotos não condizem
Hotel precisa de manutenção, é bem antigo e as fotos não condizem com a realidade. Somente a recepção é mais nova. Quando fiz a reserva dizia que incluía estacionamento, mas quando chegamos tivemos que estacionar num pátio na rua ao lado e foi cobrado 25,00 pelo próprio hotel. Os colchões eram bem desconfortaveis, dois grandes em cima de dois box de solteiro... No meio da noite fiquei toda torta caindo no vão 😞 Café da manhã ok, mas o bolo de chocolate estava seco e duro.

Reservamos um quarto de casal. Eram duas cama de solteiro que ficava um vão horrível no meio da cama. Roupas de cama não que cabiam na união dos dois colchões. Deixou muito a desejar.
