All I have are wonderful things to say about this hotel especially the staff. They were welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by making my daughter a special concoction ready for her morning and night everyday to help her cough. They made us feel part of the family right from the start. Rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. Location is a short distance to the main attractions. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit.

Like resort environment. Stay in Family connecting rooms and both rooms are big. Breakfast is good. Front counter staffs are very helpful and able to arrange transport, day tour and airport transport too. Our family enjoy our stay in Banana Garden Villa. Walking distance around 15-20min to tailor street and night market

We loved our stay at Banana Garden Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great and the room (received an upgrade) was large with both a shower and a bath tube. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and a small gym with some weights, a bike and treadmills. They also offer pish-bikes free of charge for you to explore the city or in our case we have walked everywhere. It's only a 15 minutes or less walk to the centre of Hoi An Old Town, so you can easily explore Hoi An by foot. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend people visiting Hoi An to consider / stay at Banana Garden.

Great place, nice clean rooms and pool area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The place is a 15 minute walk from Hoi An Old Town, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

We chose this property for its clean aesthetic and proximity to ancient town. While those two factors were indeed excellent upon our arrival, we were more so impressed by the kindness of the staff at Banana Garden. Each staff member was friendly and attentive to our needs. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for tailors and spas, and the included cooked-to-order breakfasts were lovely. We'd highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel away from the busy ancient town, but within a ~10 minute bike ride from it. The hotel also offers free bike rentals, which we'd recommend using to ride to An Bang beach and ancient town. Thank you to the staff!

We had a great stay. There was some maintenance happening at the time of the stay, but it didn't bother us much. The room was beautiful and spacious and the breakfast every morning was great. Staff were very helpful and kind. I would stay here again if i had the chance to. So affordable too!

This is a beautiful hotel that is just far enough from Old Town to be peaceful, although within walking distance. The staff make the stay particularly wonderful! Highly recommend!

We are two families of 8 total, had to book one night at Banana Garden Villa before moving to another hotel previously booked in Hoi An. Agreeably, we stay in 2 Two bed-room Family Pool View with balcony. They are clean, largely spacious for all of us. Breakfast is good. Staff is excellent. Nothing more to say since we checked in late at night and checked out the next morning. Highly recommend tho.
