Definitely recommend!
This is a beautiful hotel that is just far enough from Old Town to be peaceful, although within walking distance. The staff make the stay particularly wonderful! Highly recommend!

The staff were just lovely and very helpful . Two pools so never over crowded. Freshly personally made breakfast with no limit. The most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever experienced in a hotel anywhere.

Great people, and a great place a little away from the busy Hoi An, with free rental of bikes. Unfortunately the hotel is a little loud, and we stayed during renovation.

We are two families of 8 total, had to book one night at Banana Garden Villa before moving to another hotel previously booked in Hoi An. Agreeably, we stay in 2 Two bed-room Family Pool View with balcony. They are clean, largely spacious for all of us. Breakfast is good. Staff is excellent. Nothing more to say since we checked in late at night and checked out the next morning. Highly recommend tho.

The hotel was sold during our stay. The handover was not smooth. The staff were scared. The breakfast buffet sucked. Pool was not clean anymore.

Sehr freundlich, sehr herzlich. Die beschriebene Barrierefreiheit war nicht ganz zutreffend, aber die einzelnen stufen zum frühstücksraum und zum zimmer wurden schnell mit großer Kreativität mit improvisierten Rampen überbrückt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch recht zentral, 15 min Fußweg zur Altstadt.

Really close to old town and bike usage was great! Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We didn’t have any hot water during our trip in our room and workout area is a treadmill and bike on fake grass in a small room. Really liked how close it is to the action.

Very nice 2 br family suite. To be clear, our family suite was two large adjoining rooms with a queen plus full bed in each room. In retrospect, we could have easily had our family of 2 adults, 2 kids in one of these rooms, so take this in consideration when booking. Like-new rooms/beds here, and large balconies. The staff is great, very friendly and accommodating, we were greeted with fresh juice while we checked in and all requests were quickly granted. Two pools, and the included breakfast buffet was really quite good with made to order eggs, pho, and a variety of local and western-style options. The location was fine, a bit out of the center of Hoi An. Definitely walkable but expect about 20 minutes to get to the main area. Transport via Grab very easy and affordable though.

Hotel was in a good location, we enjoyed the breakfast, especially the banana pancakes. The rooms air-conditioning could be better. However we had a fantastic stay, pool was great and Lynn at reception was fabulous. Unfortunately hotels.com did let me down as I had booked the room with my child who was eight years old, and when I arrived at reception I had to pay extra as she was over 5y this was not clear on my booking.

This hotel was above our expectations considering the price per night at aus$35 per night. The room was huge with a balcony. It had a king bed and a king single. The room was very clean. The property had two pools. The included breakfast was nice. It was in easy walkinng distance to town and had complimentary bicycles for exploring. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very disappointing room
The room we had was NOT AT ALL like the pictures, the balcony door was covered with some type of blue sticking paper, so basically, no window. The door handle was loose, and the wardrobe handle was off its hook, with a screw sticking out. No reading light whatsoever (again, contrarily to the pictures), only very bright ceiling lighting. They definitely need to update the rooms, and/or adjust the pictures to show the true look of the rooms. There are lots of better options in that neighborhood in the same price range.

We loved everything about this property. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. The lovely gentleman who helped with bags etc was amazing also. The rooms were spacious and suited our short stay. My granddaughter loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to our friends. HoiAn is our favourite destination in Vietnam. Thanks again to the wonderful workers at the Banana Garden Villa.
