Flight landed at 12:35am, called Ramada they picked us up, beautiful hotel, clean, wonderful beds, friendly staff, good breakfast and transportation back to airport!

Motel Experience
Thought I was getting a steal of a deal when I booked a lower rate than the nearest competitors by service levels (stars). When I came to the desk, both attendants seemed more interested in their heated conversation than in even greeting me. I tried to brush it off, having worked in many service roles from ‘dog catcher to mayor’, but a couple more light interactions sealed the ‘deal’. The layout is not conducive to easy access and though these are inside rooms, this is clearly an ‘event’ hotel. The room smelled distinctively like old, wet carpet, and though I tried to dismiss this, it only got worse through the night. (Olfactory fatigue never set in) By the morning my mouth and throat were coated in whatever was in the air. If you want a ‘motel’ experience, come here.

Racist hotel… I had a reservation had receipt and all. Front desk said she had no reservation. I called Expedia they assisted her with finding it. She randomly out of no where said i cursed her out and called the police and got my escorted off the property. The police even heard I had a reservation and didn’t understand why she could not find it. Needless to say it 9pm at night and I had to walk to find another hotel. Do Not book there if you are a minority!!!

Great Layover Stay
Arrived at around 1am at DFW, and I didn’t have to wait long for the airport shuttle. Front desk staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. No issues at all. Will stay again.

It was a nice place to stay, the beds were super comfy, the throw blanket was amazing and the staff was very friendly and they were really nice and helpful. We enjoyed sitting at the outdoor pool and sipping an adult beverage 🙂

This property was not what we expected. There was only one elevator so getting up and down was a bit of a mess. Housekeeping entered our room twice while we were there for a one night stay. Upon entering the room is has a musk and found 2 dirty towels. Stopped at the chicken place upfront, looked quick and we were rushing. it was way overpriced, and didn’t even eat it, it was not good. Plus, I paid cash and they asked if I wanted my change because they didn’t have any but they could “keep it as a tip, that’s normal what people do” We wouldn’t stay at this location again unfortunately.
