We have stayed at this hotel 5+ times and each time has been great. The breakfast variety and quality is far above most other hotels. The drink machine is a huge added bonus and all the staff has always been incredibly helpful. The only issue I had was 1 elevator was down which made for some extremely long wait times especially when trying to take a full luggage cart down. Collectively this weekend we probably spent 20+ minutes waiting on elevators, so hopefully it’ll be fixed before the next time we’re back!

Love Drury, but...
I'm recently loyal to Drury and mostly happy with this location. However, try and request a room that doesn't face the highway. The highway noise kept waking me up even with ear plugs. I was shocked how busy the traffic was all through the night and early morning. Otherwise, it's a beautiful hotel with comfortable beds.

Staff was awesome ! Good breakfast for a free hotel one. CityLine Dart station is very walkable and easy to get to. They have a Parking garage which is a huge plus. If you get a suite the elevators are on the other side of the wall. So you do hear the “mechanics” of them non-stop. We always bring a fan and that solved that issue, but if you are a light sleeper just a heads up in the suites. We will stay again great time and great hotel

Well, only one of our rooms was ready at the 3pm check. You can’t tell me that by 3pm you can’t have both rooms ready. Unacceptable. What the heck are half of us supposed to do. The room was strangely noisy. There was a weird loud clicking coming from the door area every 30 minutes or so. Never found the source. I could hear arguments from next door for about two hours. Then someone tried twice to open our door. Never got up quickly enough in the middle of night to see who it was. That was a bit scary. Overall it was a poor hotel experience. Will not go back.
