First impressions were low the apartment was very tired and the day we checked in the construction next door happened to be using a jackhammer. However the view could not be beaten seeing both the canal and the beach, and observing the construction progress was actually very interesting and only loud the first day. The apartment was clean, in a good location and the pool was lovely as were the staff. We would be happy to stay again.

We had room 16d and the room itself was great with a wonderful view, staff were polite and helpful, however the site did not disclose the construction work going ahead next door, the jack hammer started at 7.30 and did not stop until 4pm which totally ruined our holiday I did report this to reception but no contact was made for us to change rooms etc very disappointing experience.

We absolutely loved staying here with our children. Construction next door isn’t loud at all; rather quiet actually. The kids loved watching the cranes anyway :) Great place, lovely reception. Lovely Atmosphere too Really happy

Apart from the confusion in the after hours checks in situation( which I still struggle with) it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was old but super clean the view was amazing. The building being built next door wasn’t as noisy as I thought it might be.

Our apartment was amazing, views to die for, modern, spacious, clean and so comfortable. Loved the amenities and the closeness to the beach and transport. Great property location in surfers paradise directly opposite the beach. Large comfortable apartment with full amenities and secure carparking. There is currently a large construction project being undertaken next door, however this did not affect the quality of our stay.
