Property is well located near I30. Decent overall. Semi-suite setup decently spacious with good table for both eating and work. Breakfast is ok, will fill you up but it's all premade. There are some restaurant options nearby but most are a shrt drive east on I30.

Everytime I visit the rugs in entries are very dirty --- doesn't matter what time of day. Same as the outdoor patio at the entrance --- dirty and not welcoming.

I have stayed here several times. The food for breakfast has changed. Absolutely terrible. I don't think it was real cheese or sausage. So bad I wouldn't eat it.
