This property is centrally located. It is easy to get in and out whether you are driving or by rideshare. The front desk is very helpful. But please note, the entire property sits feet away from a loud train station. You will definitely hear the train late into the night and again early morning. I didn’t realize this when I booked it, but it is a bit of a nuisance if you’re noise sensitive.

Emergency alarm went off at 4:00am. Had to evacuate. Staff was not responsive to questions and was “oh well” about it. No follow up from management or apology. It was disconcerting and the property didn’t care. Hallway not vacuumed during the three day stay. Fake leather lounge chair cracked and peeling-excessively! Mattress and pillows were amazing! Bathroom was beautiful and clean!

Self park option is at their lot, key cards did not work well…keep trying, eventually it will. Nice, clean, safe room. Wish they had self laundry, too—it’s a must for longer trips. Expedia should have a filter for that.

My visit was awesome. The customer service I received was a 10/10 in all areas except the restaurant I will give that 8/10. I only ate breakfast on site twice and the food was delicious. My only concern was the servers I had both days. They didn’t seem attentive and I was very disappointed. The manager on my first experience, provided excellent service recovery. On the second day I ate breakfast in the restaurant, I asked who my server was, he provided me with my drinks and that was it. I didn’t complain about the service on that day as I know that I would not be returning because I was leaving early the next morning. The manager often saw about my needs. At that time there were only 8 patrons in the restaurant. The server on that morning was on his phone for a brief moment, watching a little television and restocking the tables. He was doing everything except paying attention to his customer. Otherwise, my visit was great. Housekeeping was excellent.

My husband and I stayed at this property for our anniversary in September. My only complaint is that there was water leaking from the ceiling in the restroom of my hotel room and the ceiling started to fall in by the time they offered to change our room we had settled in. The water only leaked when the shower was on.

The property is nice but there are aspects that are outdated. What was most disappointing were the service wait times. This is a convention hotel yet when large number of people were on site, services such as valet parking and dining resulted in wait times upwards of an hour. They should be equipped and prepared to handle large crowds when conferences are on site. If you're staying for other reasons and aren't booking when a major event is happening, it'll be fine. However, overall, I would stay someplace else.
