This hotel should not be rated as a 4-star hotel for the following reasons: 1. The hotel’s design features an atrium, which allows all the noise from the bar, including shouting, to echo up to the higher floors, making it extremely disruptive until late at night. 2. Although it is stated that coffee and tea are free, guests must go to the lobby café to purchase bottled water needed to prepare them. 3. There are no amenities in the room such as a kettle, complimentary welcome snacks, drinks, or even tissues.

Overall the stay was average. What really let the property down was it had no been cleaned properly after the last guests. It was evident they had been sick and the room should not have been let until it had been cleaned properly. Unfortunately we did not realise until we were in bed.

Room iron leaked and was not heating up. I requested a replacement iron for the room from front desk. An hour later, I called back. They never came to my door and did not request I come to front desk to pick one up. I needed to iron my shirt for the next day business meeting . Not accommodating for services

very convinient to convention center. although they tried to send us to a different hotel due to alleged over sold situation eveb though we had a pre oaid room reservation. it was very uncomfortably situation we had to ask for tge manager to step in to resolved, but it took 1 hour to check in!!

This is a great hotel. It is in a great location, close to everything and very clean. They service the rooms daily and there is options for dining. The only thing that isn’t great is the parking situation. You have to park across the street for $22 a day or valet for $45 overnight.

Room was dirty Room faced the interstate which in turn was traffic noise constantly. Windows were washed one morning with no notice at all to us. All the sudden a male is at our 16th floor window. Main restaurant was closed. Nothing about this being closed online.
